Funeral services for Anna May Palmer, 81, of East Moline, IL, formerly of Louisville, KY, will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation will be from 9:30AM until service time Wednesday at the at the funeral home. Miss Palmer died Sunday, September 9, 2012 at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis, IL. Memorials may made to family. Anna was born May 6, 1931 in Louisville, the daughter of Anthony Joseph and Marcella Octavia Gannon Palmer. She had worked for the Greater Louisville First Federal Savings and Loan for over 20 years before retiring. She was a wonderful person. She loved to sing. Survivors include her sister, Jerry (Don) Eddleman, East Moline; nieces, Sherry Pickett, Bettendorf, IA and Laurie Eddleman, CA. She is preceded in death by her parents.
