Marcus J. Colburn, 21, East Moline, died as a result of an accident while vacationing at the Lake of the Ozark's in Missouri. Funeral services are 11 AM Friday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial is in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline. Visitation is 4-7 PM Thursday at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established. Marcus was born on June 26, 1993 in Atlantic, IA, the son of Wayne and Gloria Nino Colburn. He worked for National Railway and for Shorty's Pizza. Marcus enjoyed fishing and being with friends. Survivors include his girlfriend and love of his life, Taylor Curley, parents, Gloria and Wayne, East Moline, sister, Kristina Colburn, East Moline, brother, Joshua Colburn, East Moline and grandmothers, Norma Colburn and Jennie Nino, and many extended family. He will be missed by his many friends and family.
