Funeral services for Andrew R. Dulaney, 25, of Moline, IL, will be 10:00 AM Friday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Burial will be in Moline Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00-8:00PM Thursday at the funeral home. Mr. Dulaney died Sunday, July 14, 2013 at home. Memorials may be made to the family. Andrew was born June 18, 1988 in Rock Island, IL, the son of Stephen and Karen Dell Dulaney. He was a graduate of Moline High School Class of 2007. He had been working at the Moline Walmart for the last 5 years. Andrew loved spending time with his friends and family. He enjoyed sports, especially following the L.A. Lakers. Survivors include his mother, Karen (Octavio) Pizano, Moline; father, Stephen Dulaney, Davenport, IA; sisters, Tiffany Biagini, Lake Zurich, IL, Amelia, Elaina, and Mickayla Biagini, all at home; grandmother, Sandra (Howard) Fincher, La Plata, NM; grandfather, Larry (Lillian) Early, Richmond, MO, great grandmother, Dorothy Rubottom, Norborne, MO; great grandfather, Loyd Early, Richmond; his "soon to be fiancee", Alisa Kotaska, Moline. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Dorothy Dulaney, great grandmother, Elizabeth Early, great grandfather, Fred Mason, and his step father, Joseph Biagini.
