Funeral services for Angie M. Remour-Adams, 76, of Port Byron, IL, will be 10:00 AM Tuesday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00PM Monday at the funeral home, where a memorial service will be conducted by the Fraternal Order of Eagles Ladies Auxiliary Post 956 at 6:30PM . Mrs. Remour-Adams died Thursday, May 13, 2010 at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis, IL. Memorials may be made to the Fraternal Order of Eagles Ladies Auxiliary Post 956. Angie Moore was born December 14, 1933 in Keokuk, IA, the daughter of Albert and Della Mae Louge Moore. She married Rolland "Punk" Remour March 3, 1951 in Carthage, IL. He died January 21, 1999. She later married Dale Adams November 4, 2006 at Zion Lutheran Church, East Moline, IL. She retired from the UAW Local 1277 in 2001 after many years of service. Angie had been a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She would never miss a family activity. She enjoyed traveling. She had been a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Ladies Auxiliary Post 956 for 46 years. Survivors include her husband, Dale Adams of Port Byron; sons and daughter-in-law, Roger and Sharon Remour of Hillsdale, IL, Vern Remour of Bettendorf, IA; grandchildren, Gretchen (Tim) Gitchel, Mitch (Rachel) Remour, Renee (Andy) Robb, and Rory Remour; great granddaughters, Julia Remour and Macy Gitchel; step-son and daughter-in-law, Nathan and Heather Adams of Cedar Rapids, IA; stepdaughter and son-in-law, Angela and Brandon Lampkin of Urbandale, IA; step grandchildren Madalyn, Blake, Jack and Lily Adams, Austin, Tyler, and Mitchell Lamkin; sister Ivy "Sis" Dennison of Rutledge, MO.
