Ann Ward, 88, of East Moline, passed away Friday, April 25, 2025, in Belvidere, IL surrounded by her family.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline.  Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline.  Burial will be at Rock Island National Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the River City Latino Church, East Moline or to the 2nd Winders of Edgewood Baptist Church, Rock Island.

Ann was born on July 7, 1936, in Oquawka, IL, the daughter of Gordon and Ida (Nelson) Colley.  She married Eldon Bostic, and he preceded her in death in 1990.  Later she married Floyd Ward in 1993, and he preceded her in death in 2024.  Ann attended River City Church in East Moline and was a member of Second Winders at Edgewood Baptist Church, Rock Island.  She loved the outdoors, especially being in her garden and watching the squirrels.  Ann enjoyed being a snow-bird, going to Alabama with her late husband.  Most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Ann is survived by her sons, Mike Bostic, Moline, Randy (Lorie) Bostic, Moline, and Curt (Ann) Bostic, Belvidere, IL; 16 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and sister Colleen Garza.  She was preceded in death by her husbands, Eldon Bostic and Floyd Ward; parents, Gordon Colley and Ida Colley-Masterson; and siblings, Ruby McGuire, Delores Brill, Peggy Venard, James Colley, Charles Colley, Joseph Colley, and Clayton Dennis Colley.
