Ann M. Fell-Miller, 68, of Milan, IL, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at her home.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 20, at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline. Interment will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, September 19, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Handicapped Development Center, Davenport, IA.

Ann was born October 5, 1953 in Davenport, Iowa, a daughter of John and Mary Classon Fell.

She graduated from Davenport West High School, Class of 1971. Ann and Ralph E. Miller were united in marriage on May 20, 1989 in Davenport.

Prior to her retirement, Ann was employed with Handicapped Development Center for 47 years.

Some of her favorite times were those spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was an avid reader.

Surviving are her husband, of Milan; children, Shawn Miller, Bettendorf, IA and Brent (Keara) Miller, Eldridge, IA; grandchildren, Madisyn Kirkhove, Tiffin, IA, and Ayla and Jaxyn Miller, both of Eldridge; brother, John (Tammy) Fell, Davenport, sister, Catherine (Robert) Anderson, Bettendorf, and twin sister, Mary (Chuck) Crandall, Monmouth, IL; numerous and special nieces and nephews, and additional family.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Michael Fell.
