Anna Mae Nickell, 84, East Moline, passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline. Funeral services are 11 AM Friday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is from 10 AM until service time. Memorials may be made to the family. Anna Mae was born April 25, 1934 in Pueblo, CO, the daughter of Major and Anna (Ricketts) Alley. She married James Nickell on April 2, 1952 in Raton, NM. He died October 14, 2012. Mrs. Nickell retired from International Harvester in 1984. She enjoyed doing crafts and being with her family. She and her husband enjoyed camping and traveling. Survivors include her children, Cindy (Chris) Lambach, East Moline and Ron Nickell, Athens, IL, granddaughters, Kayla, Nikole, Rita and Rachael, great granddaughter, Elizabeth and siblings, Martha Rowden, and Earl (Pat) Alley, both of Pueblo.
