Funeral services for Anna M. Kaskadden-Scott, 89, of Coal Valley, formerly of East Moline, IL, will be 1:00 PM Thursday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline, IL. Mrs. Scott died Saturday, December 24, 2005 at Oak Glen Home, Coal Valley. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Oak Glen Home. Anna Stankunas was born January 18, 1916 in Moline, IL, the daughter of John and Dora Stankunas. She married William Kaskadden. She later married Harold Scott, October 17, 1953 in Rock Island, IL. He died July 9, 1996. She had worked at Gibberman Brothers, Rock Island, IL for 30 years. She had been a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Moline, IL. Survivors include: son-in-law, David VanArnam of Milan, IL; granddaughter and spouse, Kim and Jasen McKeag of Matherville; grandsons, Brandon and Devin McKinney; great granddaughter, Jamie Lee Ann. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Karen Van Arnam; son, William "Butchy"" Kaskadden; granddaughter, Kelly Leaver; sister, Margaret Shimkus.
