Annie Buker, 87, East Moline, died Saturday, October 27, 2007 at Trinity Pathway Hospice, Bettendorf, IA. Graveside services are 11:30 AM Wednesday at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is 10 until 11 AM Wednesday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Annie was born November 29, 1919 in Aurora, Minnesota, the daughter of John and Marie Knapp. She married Elmer Buker on June 29, 1949 in Rock Island. He died November 19, 2004. Annie believed in hard work. She and her husband enjoyed fishing. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law Robert and Dorothy Buker, Rock Island and Jerry Buker, East Moline, five grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
