Funeral services for Anne Cirivello, 94, of Rock Island, IL, will be 11:30AM Saturday at St. Anne Catholic Church, East Moline, IL. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00PM Friday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, where a rosary will be recited at 6:30PM. Mrs. Cirivello died Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at her daughter's home. Memorials may be made to St. Pius X Catholic Church, Rock Island, or St. Jude Children's Hospital. Anne Dinneweth was born February 28, 1918 in East Moline, IL, the daughter of Rene and Alice Poplier Dinneweth. She married Joseph Cirivello June 29, 1940 in East Moline. He died January 29, 1987. She and her husband owned and operated Kraft Builders, Rock Island. She loved music, dance and taught Hawaiian guitar in her early days. One of her biggest enjoyments was playing the family card game, "Oklahoma", which all the grandkids are learning to play. The grandchildren loved her fun loving spirit and compassionate heart which earned her the endearing name, "Bubbles." She had been a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church East Moline for many years and currently of St. Pius X Catholic Church, Rock Island. Survivors include her daughters, JoAnn (Thomas) Rowley, Houston, TX, Nancy (Kenneth) Olson, Hampton, IL, Maria (Wayne) Mathias, Albuquerque, NM, and Toni (Russ)Engels, Rock Island; 15 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her sister, Ida Collins, brother, Robert Dinneweth, grandson-in-law, Bill Sutton and great grandson, Brayden Hobin.
