Funeral services for Antoinette M. Esposito, 80, of Moline, IL, will 10:00AM Tuesday at Christ the King Catholic Church, Moline, IL. Burial will be in the National Cemetery, Rock Island, IL. Visitation will be 4-7 PM Monday (today) at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL, where a Liturgy Service will be held at 6:30 PM. Mrs. Esposito died Sunday, June 25, 2006 at Rosewood Health Care Center, Moline, IL, after a courageous battle with cancer. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association. Antoinette Posateri was born February 6, 1926 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Tony and Amelia (Spinasanta) Posateri. She married Tony Esposito, June 12, 1948 in Rock Island, IL. She attended Marycrest College, Davenport, IA. She had worked for many years at the former Turnstyle Department Store and Eagle Supermarket, Moline, IL. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Moline and the American Legion Women's Auxiliary Post 246, Moline. Antoinette enjoyed playing bingo and being with people. She loved her family. Her family cherished her and will miss her deeply. Survivors include: her husband of 58 years, Tony Esposito of Moline, IL; daughters and sons-in-law, JoAnne and Steve Jackson of Moline, IL, Amy and Mike Kuberski of Evergreen, CO; son, John Esposito of Moline, IL; grandchildren, Jeremy, Jaime, Stephanie, Cara, and Nate; great grandson, Cade Michael ; sisters and brother-in-law, Nancy Posateri of Rock Island, IL, Rosemary and Eugene Glowacki of Rock Island, IL; brother, Eugene Posateri of Reno, NV.
