Funeral services for Antoinette Helen Urbaniak, 85, of East Moline, IL, will be 10:00AM Monday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Silvis, IL. Entombment will be in St. Mary's Mausoleum, East Moline. Visitation will be 2:00-5:00PM Sunday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, where a rosary will be recited at 1:30PM. Mrs. Urbaniak died Friday, December 2, 2011 at Illini Restorative Care Center, Silvis, IL. Memorials may be made to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church or for masses. Antoinette Lupinski was born June 6, 1926 in East Moline, the daughter of William and Mary Ros Lupinski. She married Edward T. Urbaniak September 30, 1950 in Moline, IL. He died January 12, 1987. She had worked for Gibberman Brothers, Rock Island and John Deere Malleable, East Moline. She had been an active member at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, where she had been a member of the choir and Our Lady's Women's Group. She had volunteered at the Pilot Club, Moline. Survivors include her daughter, Susan Urbaniak, East Moline; son, Stephen (Marilyn) Urbaniak, East Moline; grandchildren, Michael (Susan) Urbaniak of Hartford, WI, Elizabeth Urbaniak, Silvis; sisters, Ann Lupinski, East Moline, Lillian Urbaniak, East Moline; sister-in-law, Mary Lupinski, East Moline;10 nieces and nephews; 16 great nieces and nephews; special godson, Eddie DePauw. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, infant children, Cecelia, Elizabeth, and James; sister, Helen Owca, brother, Edward Lupinski
