Funeral services for Antonia M. Reyes, 92, of East Moline, IL, will be 10:00 AM Wednesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Silvis, IL. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline, IL. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00PM Tuesday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, where a rosary will be recited at 3:30 PM. Mrs. Reyes died Saturday at East Moline Nursing and Rehab Center. Memorials may be Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church or to Alternatives for Older Adults. Antonia was born February 4, 1919 in Silvis, IL, the daughter of Valentine and Petra Terronez Ramirez. She married Angel Reyes January 4, 1938 in Rock Island, IL. He died July 24, 1970. She had worked at the former Moline Public Hospital. She had been a life member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, East Moline and the VFW 8890 Womens Auxiliary East Moline. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, and cooking. Survivors include her daughters, Louise Davenport, MO, Eleanor Reyes, Chicago, IL, Christine Reyes and Andrea Baker, Moline; stepchildren, Margaret (Michael) Reveles, CA and Matthew (Isabel) Reyes, Moline; step daughter-in-law, Aurora Reyes, Austin, TX; step son-in-law, Julian Sierra, Peoria, IL; 7 grandchildren; several great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, children, Charles and Vincent Reyes, step-children, Cathy Sierra, Cecelia Reyes, and Angel Reyes Jr., sister, Natalia and brother, Juan.
