Visitation will be 4:00-8:00 pm Friday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial will be in Mexico. She died Sunday, September 18, 2016, at Clarissa Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf, IA. Arcelia was born December 19, 1976, in San Jose de los Marquez, Jalisco, Mexico, the daughter of Jesus and Herminia Raigoza Calderon. Survivors include her children, Isaac Martinez, Allen Martinez, and Camila Martinez, of East Moline; parents, Jesus and Herminia Raigoza; siblings, Alfonso, Ramon, Enrrique, Obaldo, Elvira, Arturo, Estela, Herminia, Irma, and Ma Rosario.
