Arline E. Stulir Brown, 79, East Moline, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2018 at New Perspective, Silvis. Funeral services are 1PM Saturday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Private family entombment will be in St. Mary's Mausoleum, East Moline. Visitation is from 11 AM until service time. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Arline was born February 24, 1939 in Moline, the daughter of Herbert and Ruth (Moore) Mullins. She worked for 20 years at Eagle Foods. Arline married Tom Brown on February 3, 1993. He passed on June 27, 2012. Survivors include her children, Scott (Kittie) Stulir, Waco, TX, Lissa (Todd) Bailey, Moline and Jeffrey Stulir (Wendy Grootheart), Rock Island, grandchildren, Alyssa (Brian) Hoener, Brett Bailey (Brooke Dean) and Zachary Stulir (Michelle DeArmond), great grandchildren, Brody and Ansley, sister Nancy (George) Schaeffer, Moline and sister-in-law, Denise Mullins. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and brothers and sisters.
