Bernice M. Fox, 84, of Moline, IL, died Saturday, January 2, 2021, at UnityPoint Health, Rock Island, IL. Graveside services will be 2:30pm Friday at Moline Memorial Park Cemetery. Bernice Roeder was born March 24, 1936, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Edward and Evelyn (Getty) Roeder. She married William Fox April 21, 1973. He died December 31, 2016. She had worked for Seaford Clothing, Rock Island. She also decorated cakes from her home for many years. She had volunteered through the Mother's Club helping handicapped children. She enjoyed quilting and had participated in Quilting in the Woods for over 10 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Survivors include her children, Wanda Cordell, Moline, Sandy Kelm, East Moline, and Jim Warren, Moline; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; siblings, Dorothy Lester, Silvis, IL, and David (Nelta) Roeder, Morrison, IL; sister-in-law, Sandra Roeder, Milan. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Joel Warren; and brother, Milton Roeder.
