Funeral services for Betty L. Turner, 90, of Moline, IL, will be 10:00 am Tuesday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, IL. Visitation will be held one hour prior from 9:00-10:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Turner died Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline. Betty Fullerton was born April 15, 1925, in Molton, IA, the daughter of Orville and Orpha Brown Fullerton. She married Clarence "Lum" Turner June 8, 1946. He died in 1980. She retired from the former Farmall, Rock Island, after 30 years of service as a tool grinder. Survivors include her sons, James Turner (Kathie McIntosh), Fenton, IL, and Jeff Turner (Sue Roberts), Andalusia, IL; grandchildren, Greg Turner, Madison, WI, Gary John Turner Plainfield, IL, Alisha Erni, Olive Branch, MS, and Katie Geesey, Davenport, IA; great grandchildren, Gillian and Jenna Turner, Joliet, IL, Michael Erni, Olive Branch, Grace and Faith Davis, and Jax Geesey all of Davenport; brothers, Lee (Marie) Fullerton, AZ, Bill (Sally) Fullerton, Atlanta, GA, and Tommy (Linda) Crow, OH; sister, Shirley Burton, St. Louis, MO; . She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; granddaughter, Rhonda Turner; brother, Charles Fullerton; half brother, Larry Crow. Memorials may be made to Hope Creek Care Center.
