Beverly A. Fanning, 86, passed away on July 20, 2021, at The University of Iowa Hospital following a brief illness.

Private graveside services will be held at Rose Lawn Memorial Estates, Moline, IL.

Beverly Clemann married Delane Fanning on July 23, 1954 in Moline, Illinois. Together they had four children. Bev graduated from Rock Island High School and went to work at The Rock Island Arsenal. She then worked at Moline Public Hospital for over 20 years, leaving to stay home to take care of Del during his illness. After he passed away in 1980, she returned to the workforce at Medical Arts Association retiring in 1999.

Being widowed at a young age, Bev devoted herself to her children and grandchildren. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She made beautiful porcelain dolls and ceramic pottery, which we will all cherish. She also loved shopping and in her later years became a Chicago Cubs fan and could tell you about every player.

Beverly is survived by her children, Cheryl (Joe) Ashcraft, Mitchell (Sherry) Fanning, Lisa (Stan) Mickelson; grandchildren, Nicole, Joey, Brooke, Kenneth, Kevin, Addyson, Alexis, Nikki, and William; great grandchildren, Emora, Audrina, Katelyn "KK" and one on the way.

She was preceded in death by her husband and daughter, Jone.

Memorials may be made to QC PAWS Animal Shelter at 4001 78th Avenue, Moline, IL 61265 in honor of her love for animals, especially dogs. All our dogs were her favorites.

We will miss you mom, Gramma and Gramma "G". You were always loving to all of us, and we loved you.
