Billy G. "Ole Man" Greene, 87, East Moline, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at Genesis Illini, Silvis. A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. Billy was born on August 9, 1930 in Augusta, IL, the son of Dayne and Eva Greene. He married Betty Dowell. He later married Carolle Dobrinske. Billy retired from the former International Harvester, East Moline. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, racing cars, playing golf and bowling. He was a Cub Fan. Survivors include his wife Carolle, children, Mickey (Donna) Greene, Rock Island, Deb (Rick) Frere, Taylor Ridge, Dayne (Jan) Greene, East Moline, Vikki (Jack) Lester, Rock Island, Tracey McGinty, East Moline, Gene Templeton, East Moline, Doug (Linda) Bohannon, Moline and Randy (Tabitha) Bohannon, Colona, numerous grand children, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, and his sister Dayna Hopping, Macomb.
