Carla J. Stephens, 70, Moline, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2015 at her home. Her family will have a private Celebration of Life at a later date. Carla Norris was born on February 21, 1945 in West Liberty, IA, the daughter of Amos and Marcella (Keith) Norris. She married Charles Stephens in 1983. He preceded her in death. Survivors include her son Dean (Karen) Smet, Milan, IL, grandchildren, Rebecca, Andrew, Meagan, Christine and Nikki, eleven great grandchildren, brother, Mike (Betty) Norris and sister, Diana Whiting, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Parents, husband Charles, sisters, Faye and Sandy, and her son Joseph.
