Funeral services for Carole A Beert, 66, Moline, are 10 AM Monday at First Covenant Church, Moline. Burial is in Rock Island National Cemetery. Visitation is 2-4 PM Sunday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Memorials may be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital. Carole passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at Trinity Medical Center-West Campus, Rock Island. Carole Erickson was born June 28, 1940 in Moline, the daughter of Gunnar and Astrid (Michaelsen) Erickson. She married Ronald Beert, April 15, 1966 at First Covenant, Moline. Carole loved spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed doing crafts. Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Ron, daughter and son-in-law Rhonda and Russ Courter, Brimfield, IL, son and daughter-in-law Brian and Heidi Beert, Alexis, IL and grandchildren; Brycie Courter, Britta Courter, Haley Beert, Gunnar Beert and Kiersta Beert.
