Funeral services for Carolyn S. Neal, 63, LeClaire, IA are 10 AM Saturday at Faith Gospel Church, Davenport. Burial is in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation is 4-8 PM Friday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. A memorial fund has been established. Carolyn died Tuesday, January 31, 2006 at Trinity Terrace Park, Bettendorf, IA. Carolyn Kelley was born September 3, 1942 in White Oak, Arkansas, the daughter of Kenneth and Gertrude (Roberts) Kelley. She married Delmar Neal, March 1, 1959 in Coal Valley, IL. She had worked as a nurse's aid at Davenport Osteopathic Hospital and at Riverview Health Care. Carolyn loved playing music and singing and enjoyed quilting and sewing. Survivors include daughters and spouses Velma and Steve Kopatich, Rapids City, IL, Lolita and Roger Dell, Davenport, Loretta and Orton Hoxie, Davenport, Rhonda Neal and Joe Trujillo, LeClaire, and Melissa and Jay Hougas, Durant, IA, fifteen grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, her father Kenneth Kelley, Coal Valley, sisters Melba Crampton, Milan and Brenda DeShane, Moline and a brother Gary Kelley, East Moline, and special friends Richard Bowling and Marie and Al Colflesh. She is preceded in death by her husband, mother and infant son Billy Joe Kelley.
