Carrie C. Bisby, 54, East Moline, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018 at Genesis Medical Center-Illini Campus, Silvis. Funeral services are 10 AM Thursday at Van Hoe Funeral Home ltd., East Moline. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is 4-7 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Carrie was born, April 13, 1963 in Ft. Riley, KS, the daughter of Gary and Dixie (Bivens) Bisby. She graduated from Moline High School, Class of 1981. Carrie worked for Olive Garden for 23 years, and was general manager of the new location in Moline. She loved her job and the people that she worked with. Carrie enjoyed traveling and spoiling her nieces and nephews.

Survivors inlcude her mother, Dixie, East Moline, siblings and their families, David and Julie Bisby, Moline, Brittany Strafford and Bryce Bisby, Danny and Samantha Bisby, Rock Island, Jeremy Severs, and Phil and Cindy Bisby, Milan, Brittani Strayer, Ryan, Zach and Kyle Bisby and many great nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father Gary and infant brother William.
