Graveside services for Ceresa Hilda (Brown) Stoneking, 89, of Bushnell IL, formerly of Moline IL, will be held at 1:00PM on Thursday, December 22, 2011, at Dubuque Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Dubuque Iowa. Mrs. Stoneking died December 17, 2011, at Prairie City Rehab and Health Care, Prairie City, IL. Ceresa was born May 22, 1922, in Lincoln Township, Mitchell County, Iowa, to Ida Sophia Marie Kregel and Paul Alex Brown. She married Bennie Evan Stoneking, February 17, 1951, in Davenport, Iowa. He passed away February 23, 2003. She is survived by two step-daughters, Kathleen L. (Vaughn) Cooper, of Rantoul, IL, Jacqueline J. Zook, of Bushnell; a step-daughter-in-law, Sandra S. Stoneking, Iola, KS; sister-in-law Donna (Paul) Brown, Dubuque; a niece and nephews; several step-grandchildren, great-step-grandchildren and great-great-step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, Paul Brown, step-son, Johnny D. Stoneking, Sr. and step-grandson, Johnny D. Stoneking, Jr.
