Charles B. Heinze Jr., 41, East Moline, passed away on March 28, 2017 at Genesis Illini, Silvis. A memorial gathering will be on Wednesday April 12, 2017 at the East Moline American Legion, beginning at 5PM. Chuck was born October 1, 1975 in Bowling Green, OH, to Charles and Joyce Heinze. He had worked for the Roof Doctors. He was a very private man who loved his music. He poured his heart and soul into everything he did, no matter what, he gave it his all. Among survivors sister, Jennifer, girlfriend, Billie Stephens, East Moline, and a host of others.
