Funeral services for Charles T. "Chuck" Knudsen IV, 59, of Rock Island, IL, will be 10:00 am Monday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00-5:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home. Mr. Knudsen died Thursday, December 7, 2017, at his home after a brief illness.

Chuck was born May 26, 1958, in Moline, IL, the son of Charles and Judith Boetje Knudsen III. He was a resident artist of downtown Rock Island. He was an accomplished artist and had been a guest speaker at Augustana College. Art was his "life".

Survivors include his children, Claire Judith Knudsen, Clarence, TN, Charles T Knudsen V, Davenport, IA, Kally Nathanson, Jupiter, FL; 3 grandchildren; parents, Charles and Judy Knudsen III, East Moline; siblings, Connie (Gary) Hartzler, Highland Village, TX, Jana (Tim) Haskins, Moline, and Kim (James) Crinklaw, San Antonio, TX; a niece and several nephews; and a host of friends.
