Charlotte "Kate" Hoover, 60, Rock Island, formerly of East Moline, died Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at Rock Island Health Care. Graveside services are 9 AM Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Carbon Cliff Cemetery. Anyone wishing to attend should be at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline by 8:30 AM. Memorials may be made to the family. Kate was born April 22, 1953 in Moline, the daughter of Bernard and Betty (Murray) Hoover. She had been married to Dale Winter and James McGivern. Survivors include her daughter, Robin Baldwin, sister Cora (George) Park, Rock Island and brother Donald (Joyce) Hoover, East Moline.
