Funeral services for Charlotte M. Seefeldt, 89, of East Moline, IL, will be 10:00 AM Saturday at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial will be in Hampton Cemetery, Hampton, IL. Visitation will be 4-7 PM Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Seefeldt died Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis, IL. Memorials may be made to Christ United Methodist Church, East Moline. Charlotte Peterson was born April 26, 1917 in Hampton, IL, the daughter of Arthur H. and Irene (Edelman) Peterson. She married Lloyd Seefeldt February 1, 1936 in Moline, IL. She retired as a machinist from John Deere Harvester Works, East Moline, May of 1977. She had been a member of Christ United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women - Glory Circle, and the UAW 865 Retirees. She enjoyed quilting. She loved being with her family especially her grandchildren. Survivors include: daughters and sons-in-law, Joyce and Harold Bennitt of Geneseo, IL, Janice and Louis Sonneville of Hampton, IL, Paulette and Chuck Oltman of East Moline, IL; 6 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Frazier-Peterson of Hampton, Margaret Clark of St. Louis, MO.
