Cheryl Ann Callison, 70, East Moline, passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, IA. Cheryl suffered a stroke and sadly did not recover. At Cheryl's request there will be no services.

She was born on October 18, 1951 in Moline, the daughter of Donald and Lorretta (Loete) DeCapp. She graduated from United Township High School, class of 1969. Cheryl married Steve Callison on November 9, 1987 after dating since 1981. She was a contract specialist at TACOM at the Rock Island Arsenal, retiring in 2008. Cheryl enjoyed reading and an occasional trip to the local casinos. She was a good friend to many and was always there to help others when needed. Cheryl enjoyed being home and loved her grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Survivors include her husband, stepson, Scott Callison and his children; Cameron, Luke and Katie, siblings, Chris (John) Roman, Summertown, TN, Sue (Jim) Wesselmann, Silvis and Mike (Karen) DeCapp, Woolwine, VA, nieces and nephews; Shannon (Chad) Dudek, and their children; Alexander, Elizabeth and Nathanial, Jackson Roman, Eric (Amanda) Wesselmann and their children; Isaiah, Celeste, Ivy, Caleb and Hannah and Evan Wesselmann (Ashley Natonski) and her aunt, Rose Sacco.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents and great nephew, Timothy Wesselmann
