Cheryl Sullivan, 61, of Barstow, died on Sunday March 31, 2019 at St Anthony's Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Rock Island. A memorial visitation is scheduled for 5-7 Wednesday April 3, 2019 at the Van Hoe Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made out to the family.

Cheryl Sullivan was born July 8, 1957, in Moline, the daughter of Jimmy and  Sharon Spencer Sullivan. She married Jeff Warner and later divorced. She loved going to the casino and playing blackjack and spending time with all of her grandchildren.

Survivors include her significant other of 17 years Gary Nass, and her dog, Teddy; mother, Sharon Sullivan, IL; children, Jennifer Warner-Payton, IL, Tamara Warner, IA, and Travis (Lynn) Warner, IL; siblings, Cindy Jenkins, WI, Sue (Jim) Lapacoznek, Iowa, Doug (Julie) Sullivan, IL, Gary (Gay) Sullivan, IL, and Terry (Jude) Sullivan, IL.

She was preceded in death by her father and great grandson, Ashton Bassett.
