Christine F. Reyes, 84, of East Moline, formerly of Moline, IL, passed away Sunday March 1, 2026, at Park Vista, East Moline, IL.

In accordance with Christine’s wishes, there will be a private family service. Entombment will be at St. Mary Cemetery, East Moline, IL. Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials may be made to Christian Care of Rock Island.

Chrisitine was born January 19, 1942, in Moline, IL, to Angel F. and Antonia (Mendoza) Reyes. She graduated from Alleman High School, Rock Island, and Brown’s Business College.

She was employed for many years at the Rock Island Arsenal. Christine enjoyed many hobbies and interests. She loved traveling and was an avid reader. She will be lovingly remembered as a wonderful sister and aunt, and will be greatly missed by all.

Surviving are her sisters, Louise Davenport, Kansas City, MO, Eleanor Reyes, Chicago, IL, and Andrea Baker, East Moline; many nieces and nephews and their families; and numerous cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Angel and Antonia.

Christine’s family wishes to express a special Thank You to the staff of Park Vista and UnityPoint Hospice for their kindness and care.
