Cindy L. Rosenbaum, 62, of Rock Island, passed away Friday, January 27, 2023 at UnityPoint, Trinity, Rock Island, IL.

A Celebration of Life will be held 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 7, at Clint's Draft House, Moline, IL. Inurnment will be at a later date. Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline, is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials may be made to the family.

Cindy was born May 21, 1960 in Rock Island, Illinois. She was raised by Jack and Dottie McKee. She married the love of her life, Bruce W. Rosenbaum, on March 1, 1980 in Rock Island. He preceded her in death on December 14, 2022.

She worked at Dollar Tree for many years. She retired in 2020.

Cindy enjoyed fishing, camping, and traveling. Some of her favorite times were those spent with friends and family, especially her grandchildren. She was an avid Chicago Bears and Cubs fan.

Surviving are her daughters, Jenny Rosenbaum Meincke, Rock Island and Kelli Rosenbaum, Bradenton, FL; grandchildren, Alyssa, Kierstyn and Zachary Meincke, Kyler Rosenbaum and Aceyn Brown; brother, Robert Harned, Colona, IL; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ronald (Jean) Rosenbaum, Mountain Home, AR and Richard (Chris) Rosenbaum, Rock Island; many nieces, nephews and other family; and a very special aunt, Ruth Ford, Rock Island.

Cindy was preceded in death by her husband; one son, Bruce M. Rosenbaum; parents; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Willie and Florence Jinks; brother-in-law, Robert "Bob" Rosenbaum; sister-in-law, Pam Henry; and her best friend, Lorri Morris.
