Conrad D. Cousins, 67, East Moline, died Thursday, December 18, 2008 at Rosewood Care Center, Moline after an extended illness. A visitation will be from 3-5PM Tuesday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. At Conrad's request his body will be cremated and burial will be held in Rock Island National Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established. Conrad was born April 10, 1941 in Kansas City, Missouri. He worked as a heavy machine operator for Local 150, Rock Island, retiring in 2003. He married Brenda Daniels on November 29, 1990 in Dubuque, IA. He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed watching football and baseball. Conrad was a US Army Veteran. Survivors include his wife Brenda, daughters; Tina (Sherman) Russell, Rock Island and Kelly Woods (Tedd Taylor), East Moline, grandchildren Marissa, Michael and Abbey and a sister Emily Rennesher of Morrison, IL.
