Constance "Connie" M. Poulain, 67, of Moline, IL, went home to our Lord, after a brief illness on July 30, 2024, at OSF-St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, IL.

Connie made friends easily and kept them for life. She was a quiet person unless she was playing bingo and card games. She loved collecting anything that was Flags, Crosses and Eagles. She would always make you think you got away with pranks, but she always paid you back whether it was a day or weeks later. She never forgot them, and boy would it be a good one, LOL. She loved Elvis Presley.

Connie was born in Spring Valley, IL, on October 1, 1956, the daughter of Ruth and Emile Poulain, Jr. She grew up in Rock Island, IL, in the 1960's, and went to Rock Island schools. She lived in Rock Island, IL, Davenport, IA, East Moline, IL, Casper, WY, and for the past 5 years at Celebrate Senior Living, Moline, IL.

Connie is survived by her daughter, Cilina Brooks, Moline; grandson, DaVonTae Brooks, Moline; granddaughter, Taviana Richardson, Moline; siblings, Christine (Kevin) Long and Dorene Cook, all of Davenport, IA, Brenda Poulain and Angela Brokes, both of Rock Island, IL, Penny Brightman, East Moline, IL, Roxanne Brouwers, Milan, IL, Valarie Poulain, Casper, WY, Raynard Poulain, Mills, WY, Shane Poulain, Phoenix, AZ; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Connie was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Ruth and Russell Seehase; father, Emile Poulain, Jr.; brothers, Randy and Russell Poulain; sister, Carol Schuster, twin daughters, Cathy and Darlene; and maternal and paternal grandparents.

Fly high with the Eagles, sis. You will always be in our hearts.

Connie's family will have a Celebration of her life at a later date.
