Funeral services for Corine C. Schulte, 102, of Silvis, IL, will be 11:30 am Thursday at St. Anne Catholic Church, East Moline, IL. Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 am at the Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline prior to the funeral at the church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline. Corine died Sunday, December 11, 2016, at Illini Restorative Care Center, Silvis. Corine Schulte was born January 15, 1914, in East Moline, IL, the daughter of William and Pauline Neels Schulte. She had worked for her brother Walt at VanThorre Hardware, East Moline, and later became co-owner. Survivors include her nephew, Deacon Timothy (Susan) Granet, Rock Island, IL; nieces; nephews; great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Alice Granet; brothers, Walter, Rev. Carl, and William Schulte; nephew, Sid Granet.
