Funeral services for Credola "Ceo" L. Hardin, 83, East Moline, are 10 AM Wednesday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is 5-8PM Tuesday (Today) at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Trinity Pathway Hospice or to Christ United Methodist Church, East Moline. Ceo died Sunday, August 19, 2007 at Trinity Pathway Hospice at Terrace Park, Bettendorf, IA. She was born December 6, 1923 in Grafton, ND, the daughter of Senius and Ella (Birk) Rasmussen. She married Wesley T. Hardin on March 19, 1957 in Davenport, IA. Wes died August 13, 2002. She was a devout Christian who saw only the good in people. Her life revolved around her family and home. She was an excellent cook and took great pleasure in doing holiday baking for her family, friends and neighbors. Survivors include: daughters, Catherine Toland of Silvis, IL, Liz Webber of Silvis, IL, Debbie Hecker of Vance, AL; sons, Michael Hardin of East Moline, IL, Dan Hardin of East Moline, IL, James Hardin of Venicia, CA; grandchildren, Jeff Toland, Silvis, Lisa Toland, Rock Island, David Webber Jr., Alaska, Jenny Jones, Silvis, Nate Webber, East Moline, Tom Waggoner, Alabama, Nick Hecker, Silvis Ema Hardin, East Moline, Sebastian Hardin, East Moline and Ashleigh Beverly of Silvis; 20 great-grandchildren; a great-great granddaughter; sisters Irene and Almer Bjerke, Grafton and Pat Adrian, Bettendorf and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, son John Taylor, granddaughter Wendy Waggoner Greer, sisters Shirley Esparza, Adele Mulligan, Lorraine VanBruwaene, and Donna Shea, and a brother Robert Rasmussen. Mom we will miss you!
