Crystal Hast, 65, of East Moline, IL, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2022, at University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics, Iowa City. Private services will be held at a later date.
Among survivors are her siblings, Mark Ward (April Hayes), Michael (Deb) Ward, and Sandy Ward.
