Graveside services for Dale R. Kinney, 64, of Moline, IL, will be 9:00AM Thursday at Rock Island National Cemetery. Anyone wishing to attend needs to be at the Van Hoe Funeral Home by 8:30 Thursday. Dale died Friday, April 11, 2014, at his home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Dale was born January 31, 1950, in Peoria, IL, the son of Charles W. and Ethel Davis Kinney, Sr. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. Dale retired from the former Case/IH Plant, East Moline, in 2000. Survivors include his daughters, Michelle and Heather; sister, Sandra Henderson, Silvis, IL; brothers, Herb (Carolyn) Kinney, Boise, ID, Charles W. (Marilyn) Kinney, Moline, Gary (Elva) Kinney, Pekin, IL, and Jerry (Penny) Kinney, East Moline; nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents.
