Dale K. Morthland, 80, passed away November 29, 2020 at his home in Casa Grande, AZ. Grave Side Funeral services with military honors will be held at Cordova Cemetery April 26, 2021 11am. Arrangements being made through Van Hoe Funeral Home.

Dale Morthland was born April 26, 1940 in Chicago, IL, the son of Phyllis Millington (Morthland). Graduated from United Township High School in East Moline in 1958. He joined the US Marine Corps serving during Vietnam as a postal carrier and retired after 22 years of service. He landed in Arizona where he spent his remaining years as a Truck Driver for Meyer's Bakery. During this time, he was active with the local Moose lodge and motorcycle clubs in Arizona City, AZ.

Survivors include; Children; Micah Morthland of Cincinnati, OH and Dana (Ellis) Edwards of Burlington, KY. Grandchildren; Ellis Edwards, Carter Edwards, Jonah Morthland and Jude Morthland. Aunts; Linda (Terry) Calhoun, Rita Leighty, Pat Morthland and Kay Morthland. Step-sister Mary Ward (Millington) of California. And several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Dale is preceded in death by Doris Mickle, Raymond Morthland, Joanne Senko and Donald Morthland.
