Dale Siefker, 82, Moline, died Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Marigold Care Center, Galesburg, IL. Funeral services are 10:30 AM Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Moline. Inurnment will be in St. Mary's Mausoleum, East Moline. Visitation is 4-7 PM Thursday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, where a rosary will be recited at 3:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Seton Catholic School, Moline. Dale was born on March 14, 1932 in Dubuque, IA, the son of Henry and Mabel (Germain) Siefker. He married Andrea Siwy on April 29, 1977 in Moline. Dale attended Northwestern University. He was the manager of business systems at Federal Mogul and a system analyst for Deere & Co., retiring in 1991. After retirement he worked as a realtor with Knapp Realty, Mel Foster and retired from ReMax in 2006. He was also a real estate developer through Andale Inc. Dale was a hard working, honest and caring man, who loved being around people. Survivors include his wife Andrea, children (spouses); Dale Blake (Queta) Siefker, Howell, MI, Brooke (Michael) Baron, Evanston, IL, Scott Siefker, Fenton, MI, Cris Mishler, Chicago, IL, and Sarah (Tim) Wolfe, East Moline, fifteen grandchildren, and a great grandson. He was preceded in death by his parents, children, Jay and Shelly, and siblings, Ken, Jack, Violet, and Glen.
