David L. Hoffman, 58, Moline, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at OSF St. Francis, Peoria.

Graveside services are 9 am Saturday, May 1, 2021 at St. Mary's Cemetery . East Moline.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

David was born on October 12, 1962 in Moline, the son of Alvin J. and Geraldine (DeFrates) Hoffman. He graduated from St. Anne Grade School and UTHS Class of 1981. Dave was an expediter for what is now know as Tyson Food, Joslin. He enjoyed golfing and an occasional trip to the casinos.

Survivors include his brothers, Daniel J. (Pat) Hoffman, Davenport, FL, James A. Hoffman, East Moline and Jerry L. (Teresa) Hoffman, East Moline and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Michael T. Hoffman and Rebecca A. Hoffman.
