David R. "Dave" Noel, 43, of Rock Island, IL died Saturday, December 14, 2013 at Unity Point Rock Island, IL. A memorial visitation will be held 4:00-7:00PM Tuesday at Faith Walk World Outreach Center, Silvis, IL. Memorials may be made to the family. David was born March 23, 1970, in Moline, IL, the son of Kenneth and Patricia Riley Noel. He married Pam Bull October 27, 1990, in Port Byron, IL. He later married Sarah Whitlow August 3, 2012, in Rock Island. He was currently working as a truck driver for Air-Land Transport Service, East Moline. Survivors include his wife, Sarah, Rock Island; daughter, Andrea J. Noel, East Moline; son, Justin R. Noel, Hillsdale, IL; granddaughter, Tiffany; mother Tricia Noel, Hampton, IL; sisters, Pamuela (Donald) Ingalls, Port Byron, Christa Moshier, East Moline; brother, Brian Noel, Canada.
