Deanna M. DePorter, 71, Colona, died Friday, October 10, 2014 at Unity Point Health-Trinity, Rock Island. Funeral services are 9 AM Monday October 13, 2014 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Colona. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is 3-6 PM Sunday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline. Memorials may be made to the family. Deanna Lewis was born on August 31, 1943 in Rock Island, IL, the daughter of Sherley and Mary (Wenke) Lewis. She married Gregory DePorter on June 24, 1967 in East Moline. He died September 18, 2010. Deanna was an RN, retiring in the mid 1990's from Rock Island County VNHA. She was very creative and enjoyed quilting and doing embroidery work. Deanna was a wonderful and loving grandmother. Survivors include her children, Laura DePorter, Colona, Jeff (Wendy) DePorter, Naperville, IL, Eric (Rebecca) DePorter, Lombard, IL, and Janelle (James) Perrigo, Davenport, grandchildren, Ethan, Abby, Andrew, Connor, Rylee and Michael, and siblings, Wayne (Sherry) Lewis, Colona, Darrel (Monica) Lewis, Orion and Darleen Hollender, Chicago, IL.
