Deanna M. Showalter 39, of Oklahoma City, formerly of Moline, was killed Monday, December 12, 2005 as a result of an auto accident in Oklahoma. A private family service will be held at Van Hoe's Funeral Home, East Moline. Memorials may be made to the family through the funeral home. Deanna was born March 2, 1966 in Rock Island, to Judi and Donald (Cork) Showalter. She attended schools in Moline and worked as a food server at various Quad City restaurants. Deanna was a very hard worker and always had a smile on her face. She is survived by her mother and step-father Judi and Lucian Kapp, Cape Coral, FL.; Sons Joey Showalter, Cape Coral, FL and Robbie Sanderson, Hillsdale, IL, daughter Christina Sanderson, Galesburg, IL; and grandson Terry also of Galesburg, sister Dawn Dickey, nieces Nikki, Amanda and Paige Dickey and one great-nephew Landen all of Moline.
