Deborah Ann Lee (nee Stombaugh) age 59 of Winona, MN died Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at her home. Deborah was born to Harry Dee and Shirley Marie Stombaugh on June 23, 1956 in Vandalia, IL. She lived most of her life in Quad Cities, IL. She married T.A. Lee on March 21, 1998 in Galva, IL. They moved to Winona, MN in 1999. Deborah is survived by her husband, T.A.; children, Dustin (Ruth) Lee, Mackenzie (Jake) Hankins; granddaughter, Eliza Hankins; brother, Ronald Stombaugh; sister-in-law, Dawn Stombaugh; brothers-in-law, Joe (Lynda) Lee, Dudley (Jo) Lee, Pat (Linda) Lee; special sister, Becky Ozmun. She is preceded in death by her parents and parents-in-law; brother, Keith Stombaugh; nephew, Scott Erickson.
