Delores M. Harris, 84, of East Moline, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Genesis Illini Medical Center, Silvis.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 7, 2024, at Van Hoe Funeral Home, 1500 6th Street, East Moline. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rose Lawn Cemetery, Moline.

Memorials may be made to King's Harvest No Kill Shelter, Davenport.

Delores was born August 2, 1939, in Milan, Illinois, to James F. and Anna S. (Eidet) Allison. She graduated from Rock Island High School. Delores married Kenneth D. Harris on April 18, 1958, in Rock Island. She worked at John Deere Harvester Works before retiring in 2000. In her early years, Delores enjoyed bowling and playing softball. She also enjoyed attending her children's athletic events and going to her cabin on the Cedar River. Delores loved going to yard sales where she always found great deals. She also had an extensive Beanie Babies collection. Delores loved pets, especially dogs. Above all, Delores cherished the time spent with her family and grandchildren.

Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Kenneth; children, Scott (Patricia) Harris, Susan (Jeff) Wulf, Shawn (Connie) Harris, and Jeanine Munn; 20 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; sister, Donna Jean Sandlin; and brother, Richard Allison.

Delores was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jeff Harris; siblings, Jeanette Bealer and Donald Allison; grandson, Anthony Lopez, and great-granddaughter, Ivory.
