Funeral services for Diane S. Morford, 57, East Moline, are 10 AM Friday Christ the King Catholic Church, East Moline. Burial is in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline. Visitation is 5-8 PM Thursday at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline, where a rosary will be recited at 5PM. Diane died Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at her home. Memorials may be made to the Believers Together Center, Moline. Diane Yodts was born September 7, 1952 in Moline, the daughter of Robert and Myrtle (Rockwell) Yodts. She graduated from Alleman High School, Rock Island, received an associate's degree from Black Hawk College and graduated from Hamilton Technical College. She married Michael Morford on August 14, 1976 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, East Moline. She worked at Eagle Warehouse in Milan and most recently was a coordinator for Project Now. Diane was active in Special People Encounter Christ and was an avid fan of the local band Minus 6. Survivors include her husband Michael, daughter and son-in-law Michaela and Matthew Huggins, Moline and son and daughter-in-law Anthony and Katie Morford, Carol Stream, IL, a grandson Brennan Huggins and her brother Darrell Yodts, Fruitland, IA.
