Dolores T. Lulow, 95, of Grand Rapids, MN, formerly of East Moline, IL, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2026, at Grand Itasca Hospital, Grand Rapids.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 15th, at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline, with visitation one hour prior to services Wednesday. Interment will be at St. John’s Cemetery, Viola, IL.

Dolores was born April 13, 1931, in Moline, Illinois, to Edward and Victoria (Schrack) VanGetson. She married Frederick D. Lulow in 1951 in Princeton, IL. He preceded her in death on June 5, 1995.

Dolores enjoyed reading, gardening, birds, and tending her houseplants. Some of her favorite times were those spent with family and friends making memories. She will be lovingly remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother.

Surviving are her children, Victoria (Randy) Kimble, Green Valley, AZ; Teresa (Terry) Vikla, Cohasset, MN, and Steven (Laurie) Lulow, Iowa City, IA; grandchildren, Monet (Matthew) Palmer, Ryan (Whitney) Kimble, Ken (Lori) Mausolf, Jesse (Julie) Mausolf and Michelle (Adam) Smith, Gretchen Lulow, Trent Lulow, Annelise (Danny) Berg, Seth Gomez and Gabriele Gomez; great-grandchildren, Megan, Mia and Madison Palmer, Bodi and Vespers Kimble, Jordan (Sabrina) Smith, Samantha Smith, Gavin Gomez and Gianna Gomez; great-great-grandson, Oliver Smith; and numerous nieces, nephews, and their families.

Dolores is preceded in death by her husband, Frederick; son, Michael Lulow; daughter, Kathy Gomez; granddaughter, Miranda Lulow; parents, Edward and Victoria, brothers, Edward, George and Leonard VanGetson; and sister, Barbara Loving.
