Donald "Don" L. Dyer, 65, of Bettendorf, passed away Sunday March 24, 2024, at his home.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at a later date.

Donald was born on December 11, 1958, in Moline, Illinois, the son of Howard and Hazel Bradshaw Dyer Sr. He married Glenda Womack, with whom he had his son, Greg Dyer. They later divorced.

Don had been the landlord over several properties that he and his son, Greg managed.

Survivors include his son and daughter in law, Greg and Michelle Dyer, Bettendorf; daughter, Sierra Elias, Bettendorf; grandchildren Zach, Cailynn, and Dominic, Bettendorf; siblings Jerry (Teri) Dyer, Moline, Howard (Cindy) Dyer, Jr., Davenport and several nieces and nephews and friends, including Glenda and Joe Beyers, and Sherry Hopkins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Hazel Dyer Sr. and brother, Dennis Dyer.
