Visitation is 12:30 to 1:30 PM Today (Friday) at Van Hoe Funeral Home Ltd., East Moline Mr. McCallum died Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at his home. Donald was born July 4, 1911 in Moline, IL, the son of Herbert and Nancy Stacy McCallum. He married Lenora Grace Cox on June 16, 1934. She died September 5, 1960. He married Bertha Pearson in 1965. She died August 9, 2000. Don retired as a signalman from the former Rock Island Lines. Survivors include his children and spouses; Katherine and Ken Nelson, East Moline, Donald and Nancy McCallum, Lancaster, Carol and Bill Carroll, Quincy, IL and Robert and Mary McCallum, Davenport, and many grand and great grandchildren.
